I just wanted to write you a quick note to tell you that YOU RULE! I bought a house with a temporary construction loan from a bank. That loan was only good for 12 months. I originally intended to fix up the house and sell it, but I decided to live there instead. When I tried to refinance with the bank after the construction was finished, they told me that I didn’t qualify for a mortgage with them because I had another mortgage payment for the condo I was living in, and some credit card debt.
